Orders are eligible for cancellation until they have been dispatched for shipping, or until they have been submitted for production.

If your order has been dispatched for shipping, or is currently in production, it cannot be cancelled. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns. 

All orders placed through Instagram cannot be modified.
